There a proposal before the SCA International Service Organization to add two characteristics to our list of "14 Characteristics Most of Us seem to have in common."

 

The proposal would change the number of characteristics from 14 to 16. The new characteristics would be numbered 3 and 12. So, the order of the proposed new 16 characteristics would change the old number 3 to 4 and the old number 12 to 13.

 

These are the proposed additions:

 

3) We repeatedly engaged in dangerous or unhealthy sexual activities, despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to change our behavior.

12) We endured periods of sexual, social, and emotional anorexia, avoiding physical and emotional intimacy with ourselves and others.
